Anita was the person for us! We asked to see a house that we found on our own and we met on short notice. Once we described what we were really looking for, she had 2 options to see in a day. She made things happen and we saw both houses within a couple of days. We bought one of them. Anita was our perfect coach with the offer and subsequent issues that arose. I just finished a purchase transaction with Anita and she did an amazing job. Anita would call or email me everyday with updates. We had a very challenging transaction because it was owed by an estate and many people where decision makers in the family. She represented the buyer but provided many items to sellers family members to help get the loan to the table. I can share that the 30 plus years I have been in industry her focus on details to provide what was needed to sellers was the reason the loan closed.
